Stoneware planter handbuilt from coils and embellished with a sculpted face for extra character.
Each of these is unique and numbered accordingly.
The glaze is a matte white that shows all the charming speckles in this unique clay body called Fools Gold. The outside of this piece is glazed and the inside is unglazed.
This planter has a drainage hole and a separate base for catching water (not pictured here because it’s still in the kiln, but I can send a photo before I ship it out.)
