Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from my studio in Seattle, Washington.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Each piece is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods. Any extended timelines will be clearly noted at checkout or in the product description.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, I ship within the United States only, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped primarily via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination but are generally 2–7 business days within the U.S.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please reach out and I will do my best to assist.
